Water which is source of our life is essential for any organisms to live. Water which is base for our life is facing a crisis. Human history started around water front, and we live with water. Moreover, by economical development and population growth, water pollution and water drain have emerged. To solve these issues, we have been making effort.
　Although the importance and worth of "water" has been told, it seems that people think that "water" is always there and circulated in the nature so that we have little thought that water is limited.
　At the present when global environment issues have been reported, it is urgent work that we recover the lost nature and make circulating society living with nature. To avoid environment destruction such as global warming, desertification, and acid rain, we should rethink of the role of forest and recover rivers and ocean function.
　To carry out that, it is our role to conserve environment and develop circulating society. Let's work together to get back nature purification function which the earth originally has and to protect our beautiful and rich water：environment.

　　Non-Governmental Organization
We form based on citizins and work for global water issues in the position of non-government and non-profit. There is membership, and administrative board, Advisory Committy, and head office work for operation.
We develop network with environment groups and NPO in the world, which have same aims and conduct proactive action by having branch offices in the wolrd.

　Operating funds for our organization are from membership fees, donation, advertising revenue of papers, and project proceeds such as environment improvement project and Eco product sale.
